Desired Skills: Windows desktop support and fixing operating system/driver/software issues – Dell environment Microsoft Office 365 – resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint and Teams end-user support Account administration (e.G. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues) iPhone email support - AirWatch (e.G. mailbox setup and synchronisation issues). ServiceNow experience, ticket and escalation handling AV meeting room support and troubleshooting Cisco VCs Solstice App Space Liaise with Headquarters team and local AV vendor Regional Technical Lead Escalation point for the other desktop members Opening tickets with Microsoft Windows Vulnerability management via RiskSense and PowerShell scripting Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting and recycling EMEA Meeting room monthly reporting Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp Process automation – Power Automate, MS Forms Qualifications and Skills: Graduation or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Nice to Have: Experience of the ITIL principles (Including Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management) Must Have Excellent English communication skills Work Modality Remote Working We are waiting for you.
