About us:SAP CPIT CS Communication Technology & Germany (CT&G) team is dedicated to providing employees with world-class collaboration services, including network and authentication technologies. The Role:The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach, including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises/providers to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.
What you'll do:
Contract Management for managed IT services
Identification and management of technical and contract risks
Escalation management
Claim management
SOW creations
RFI/RFP support
Authorization management for external workforce
Use creative approaches to ensure strategic development of department-specific strategy, execution, and operational plans
Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, availability) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements
Develop concepts for continuous improvements of processes and content
Provide program & project management support for department-specific projects
Required:
Strategic and visionary thinking
Creativity in suggesting solutions
"Can-do" attitude, thinking outside of the box
In-depth skills in contract and vendor management
Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem-solving, and decision-making
Ability to take ownership of assigned objectives set forth by management, even in high-stress situations
Prepared to travel in/out of the country
Fluent in English
Preferred:
Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise architecture
Sound knowledge of communication/collaboration and office network technologies
German language skills would be a big plus
Education / Work experience:
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable
Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises/providers
7-10 years of professional experience
