Descrição Navigate the entire delivery life-cycle in a challenging, multifaceted, multi-project environment.Spearhead communication and engagement with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers.Document complex assumptions, risks, and commitments clearly and precisely.Lead the organization of critical meetings (program management, steering, escalation meetings, etc.), acting as the principal driver for IT-related topics.Anticipate and address issues, blockers, and constraints in the critical path, working collaboratively with sponsors and stakeholders to resolve them.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively on client-facing projects.Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility.Hold certifications in Agile or waterfall methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2).Perfil ideal Proven experience managing the delivery life-cycle in a high-stakes, complex, multi-project environment.Exceptional written skills for clear and unambiguous documentation of complex assumptions, risks, and commitments.Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to excel in client-facing projects.Outstanding communication skills, proficient in meetings, stakeholder, and sponsor management.Extensive experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management.Significant experience leading programs on an international scale, coordinating multiple project teams across various countries and time zones.Proficient in working in multicultural environments on an international scale.Flexible and adaptable to work in environments with shifting priorities.Certified in specific Agile or waterfall methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2).
