At Winning Consulting, we are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team for a project with one of our clients in the Automotive Industry.As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will: Establish and lead enterprise-wide cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for project management leadership and the day-to-day management of one or more Information Technology projects within Siemens Project Management Organization. This service comprises a variety of different types of projects including large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades. You will be accountable for developing project charters, creating the statement of work, detailed work plans, obtaining estimates, resource plans, and creating project schedules.Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage scope, schedule, and budget constraints while ensuring quality deliverables on the project.Main Responsibilities: Coordinate multidiscipline and worldwide teams (internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects) Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Report status to management stakeholders on a regular, agreed-upon basis Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Have a clear understanding of IT Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Escalate project issues as appropriate Required Skills: More than 5 years of proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices, and tools Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Good understanding of IT technologies Consultants to be assigned to the service must have advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and good negotiation skills.
