Direct Integration in our client, Full-time Lisbon, Hybrid We are seeking a skilled Senior IT License & Partner Management Expert (m/f) to join our client team. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, cost-optimized, and compliant use of software licenses. You will establish & maintain close IT vendor relationships and ensuring proper contractual provisions including IT service levels. For this, you will work closely with Procurement and Legal teams. In the vendor lifecycle, you will measure and continuously improve the delivery performance of strategic IT vendors. You will be responsible to define and maintain the processes of License Management and Partner Management, and you will directly influence the involvement of License Management tooling. Key responsibilities include accountable to monitor and manage all software license agreements and to proactively optimize license usage to minimize license cost and to maximize the business benefits; responsible to conduct frequent audits to create full transparency on the license estate, to track software & license usage and to identify any opportunities, risks and compliance issues; track all software license expense, provide license forecasts and input to budget planning; accountable for the strategic IT Partner & Supplier management, defining the standards for IT specific contract provisions and for the metrics to continuously measure supplier performance; among others. Requirements for this position include: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related discipline with a focus on IT; Strong understanding of software technology, license models including SaaS and the ability to understand and interpret the intricacies of software licensing agreements and IT contracts; In-depth market knowledge of licence terms and metrics of various software vendors (i.e. SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Public Cloud like AWS and GCP, etc.); ISO 19770-1 (SAM) certification not required, but would be considered as an advantage.
