(Senior) IT Demand & Project Manager (M/F/D) - PortoJob Description:(Senior) IT Demand & Project Manager (m/f/d)Porto, Portugal or Barcelona, Spain | req17709What you will enjoy doing:You will be part of the IT Demand & Project Management team and work mostly independently on demand qualification and project delivery.Engage and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and across different levels in the organization.Define, set up, and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams tailored for project success.Identify and qualify new IT demand with experts from the REW Business Units.Optimize the demand towards business value add, setting up delivery towards minimized risk, optimal cost, and maximized throughput.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and cost by applying agile and classic project management standards.Contribute expertise to further refine processes and tools of our IT Demand & Project Management function.Act as a reliable and trusted partner towards internal customers from the REW Business units and various delivery teams in REW, EMEA, and Corporate-IT.What makes you great:Possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar area.At least 8 years of professional experience in a related industrial environment; experience in IT consulting is a plus.Practical experience in Project Management, preferably IT project management, applying industry standard methodologies (e.g., PMI, SCRUM); Change Management knowledge or certification is a plus.Ability to understand and refine business processes and tools as IT value enablers.Effective communication and moderation skills with various stakeholders; able to coordinate, manage, and delegate.Ability to define and create deliverables independently and as part of a team, managing interdisciplinary teams towards goals.Very good English skills and willingness to travel occasionally.Why you will love working with us:The IT Demand & Project Management team in Region Europe West is the key address for any business demand leading to IT change.
