We are in the midst of an IT transformation and seeking a Senior IT Business Partner with a focus on Sales and Marketing. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between the IT department and the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring that our technology initiatives align with business objectives to drive growth and enhance customer engagement. Primary Job Responsibilities Strategic Alignment Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements. Develop and maintain an IT strategy that supports Sales and Marketing objectives, aligning technology initiatives with business needs. Translate business requirements into IT solutions and ensure IT projects are prioritized to support Sales and Marketing goals. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Marketing stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between IT and the Sales and Marketing teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding. Advocate for the Sales and Marketing perspective within the IT department. Project Management Lead and manage IT projects related to Sales and Marketing, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that project outcomes meet business expectations. Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance Sales and Marketing efforts, such as CRM systems, marketing tools, and data analytics platforms. Oversee the integration of new technologies with existing systems, ensuring seamless operations and data flow. Provide technical expertise and guidance on the implementation and optimization of Sales and Marketing tools. Performance Measurement Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT solutions in supporting Sales and Marketing objectives. Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes and drive better business outcomes. Report on IT performance and project status to the management team
