.The Intelligent Automation Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of automation solutions that streamline business processes through the integration of technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Low-code/No-code, and other advanced automation tools.
This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architectures, process optimization, and the ability to align automation strategies with business objectives.
The Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to drive innovation and efficiency.
Location: Portugal Responsibilities: Design scalable and flexible intelligent automation architectures by leveraging RPA, AI, ML, Low-Code, and other emerging technologies.
Create end-to-end automation solutions, from initial assessment to final deployment, ensuring they meet the business and technical requirements.
Ensure automation solutions are integrated with existing IT systems and platforms seamlessly.
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to validate new automation tools and approaches.
Provide technical leadership in selecting the right tools, frameworks, and methodologies for automation.
Mentor and guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
Act as a subject matter expert on automation trends, toolsets, and industry best practices.
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and solution designs.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the automation solutions are aligned with the organization's overall technology strategy and infrastructure.
Communicate technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Develop and maintain documentation related to automation architecture, designs, and solutions.
Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.G., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Experience with one or more Low-code/No-code platforms (e.G., OutSystems, Appian, Mendix, Power Platform).
Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning frameworks (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure AI).
Experience with designing case management tools.
Knowledge of process modeling and optimization techniques (e.G., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
Understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud-based architectures, and integration methodologies.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.G., Python, C#, Java) and understanding of data management practices.
Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to design high-level architecture for automation platforms, including considerations for security, scalability, and maintainability
