We are looking for a skilled, committed Buyer to join our Indirect Purchasing Department, who will deal with the relationships with vendors and providers, negotiations, market analysis, ensuring the entire order cycle and the on-time delivery of the Services, Indirect Materials and Company Investments.
Major Accountability:
•Define and manage requests for quotation, purchasing orders and negotiations based on requirements and technical specifications of Group Company Departments for Services, Indirect Materials and Company Investments
•Manage scouting activities of new/alternative suppliers based on specifications delivered by Departments, negotiating purchasing prices, terms and conditions of payment with continuous benchmarking activities.
•Implement the transformador process from purchasing offers to purchasing orders through SAP and JDE Oracle by following company procedures.
•Experience in administrative and financial management of the entire order process.
• Define and update purchase pricelists.
• Monitoring the Purchases' trend YoY.
•Manage Cost saving initiatives.
What you need to be successful:
The ideal candidate has a degree in the economic engineering management field and has acquired 2-3 years of continuous experience in the role of buyer of structured manufacturing companies What the company can offer you:
