We are looking for an Identity Engineer in our Directory Services team (part of Platform Security organization in IT). The candidate will have to play a key role in supporting our Identity and Access Management landscape, by focusing on supporting, maintaining, and developing Microsoft Identity Manager infrastructure, custom code, and its integrations with the vast range of IT solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of identity, access management, and identity security best practices, as well as the ability to design and implement robust identity synchronization solutions in a complex business and IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) solution to support the organization's identity and access management needs.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate identity management processes and tasks. Use C# to maintain extension rules in MIM.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with other IT systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot identity management systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on identity management best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in identity management technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications:
Proven previous experience (3 years) with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and other identity management solutions within IT Service Provider or large multinational company.
Strong programming skills in PowerShell.
Knowledge of C#.
Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and other identity and access management platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
Familiarity with cloud-based identity management solutions.
