HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc. As a Senior HR Officer you will advise and provide HR support and following up HR politics, procedures, administrative and legal aspects etc, and management a team of people : Be responsible for employee lifecycle on your scopeLiaise with external providers for payroll & HR topics, if anyProvide support in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problemsEnsure compensation & benefits are in line with Company policies & with Government regulationsResponsible for the on boarding & offboarding process of the employeesAdminister the internal communication on HR topics for this dedicated populationCoordination & logistics of the trainingsContribute to the lean management and improvement of HR processesContribute to HR group projectsAddress- related queriesIdeal profile :Master's Degree in HR or equivalent. 4-5 years of previous experience in HR with an important knowledge of the Brazilian scope and management of people. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Eagerness to work in an international team. Readiness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Curiosity, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills,- oriented attitude, autonomy, adaptability, and- solving skills.
