Providing holistic guidance, support, and development to our employees and supervisors/management in all operational and strategic areas;
Run the shop while simultaneously managing the organizational structure ramp up;
Manage HR budget and supervise correct payroll;
Manage recruitment processes directly and with external recruitment support;
Take accountability for contracts, on/off-boarding processes;

Perfil ideal
5 years of Human Resources experience in a Business Service environment characterized by a Technology workforce and higher turnover levels;
Proven track record in office worker recruitment;
Up-to-date knowledge of local labor market (e.g. trends and metrics on compensation, employee satisfaction);
Have deep expertise in Portuguese HR laws and labor market behavior;
Prior experience in leading compensation and performance processes as a generalist;
Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to create a transparent and merit-based organization;
Set-up and deliver HR-relevant KPIs;
Conflict management skills, coaching skills;
Good understanding of HR-enabling technology;
Track record of working with (senior) management to build high-performing teams;
Knowledge of how to partner with and coach all employee and manager levels;
Strong interpersonal as well as organizational skills, open-minded and receptive to change;
Ability to lead as well as champion change;
Employment branding;
Eager to learn and deal with ambiguity;
High ethical understanding;
Work independently;
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and beginning to develop recommendations for action based on the analysis;
