Job DescriptionResponsibilities - your missionWe are looking for HR support to join Airbus in our GBS. You will be giving support to customers and the FISH platform for several Airbus subsidiaries and regions worldwide where we operate.As part of the central support team you will have to manage:Support the technical development of EHS FISH module (Incident Management, Risk Management, Reporting, Occupational Health); Perform reliable & specific Root Cause Analysis; Navigate into a complex and challenging industrial environment; Focus on priority &escalate when necessary; Manage technical meetings with the IT Support team and the editor of the tool; Propose improvements and changes on daily activities to maintain a high level of quality in the service of FISH Support Product; Manage & support the junior profile of the team as the "one who knows" and being able to do what is part of Junior profile; Requirements - our ideal candidate will haveFluent level of English; 3 to 5 years of experience; Expertise on one orseveral EHS domains (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations and compliance (mandatory); Strong and ideally proven customer orientation mindset; Project Management Skills (mandatory) (P.M.
