After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.We will count on you to:Work as a team with a great spirit of mutual help.Advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans, having a strong knowledge on a great variety of insurances (health, life, accidents and pensions) as well as other flex benefits;Support our clients and administrate the insurance policies (renewal, negotiation, quotation, etc.
);Mediation between clients, prospects and insurers;Daily contact with corporate clients (local and international);Search for the best solutions in the market and align our delivery with the benefits strategy of our clients.What you need to have: Fluent in English (B2 minimum);Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills;Resilience, proactivity and flexibility;Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.What makes you stand out?Solid knowledge on Health & Benefits;Brokerage experience;Consulting experience.Mercer
