Today, more than 9,700 employees at over 100 locations are working on this permanent challenge to make the world a better place.Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end process for served locations according to Bruker corporate policies.Review, maintain, and validate status of orders process.Ensure proper documentation in place (RRC).Follow up on deferred revenue.Manage extended warranty.Post BS and P&L reclasses.Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to confirm the accuracy and validity of the process.Monthly reporting to Corporate.Perform SOX controls.Generate monthly statistical reports.Support audits and other business queries.Perform other duties as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 4 years of General Ledger/AR work experience with US GAAP revenue recognition required.Communicate effectively and professionally in English (written and oral); other foreign language would be an asset.Advanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP and MS Office Suite, including Excel expertise.Demonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives while also collaborating within a team.Proven ability to assess situations to determine importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear and timely decisions.Proactive with the ability to manage dependent critical processes.Advanced understanding of controls required within an accounting organization.Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.Bruker is an equal opportunity employer.
