Our client is an industrial company expanded its Shared Service Center. Descriçao da oferta Senior GL Accountant will operate in Porto and will have the opportunity for co-operating in an international environment by interacting with different local entities.
Description Prepare & process journal entries (requests); Identify and calculate provisions and exceptions to standard bookings; Prepare and run month-end routines (flash report, revaluations, allocations & depreciations); Perform general account reconciliations; Perform consistency checks and post necessary adjustments; Provide input for internal and external reporting; Maintain documentation to support the audit process; Respond to questions from entities and other SSC departments regarding general accounting matters; Support Controlling team to explain variations; Assets management; Travel and Expenses management; Prepare and submit the statistical reports; Prepare the Financial Statements monthly and yearly. Profile Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/Economy or equivalent field of study is required At least 3-5 years of experience in general accounting performing financial closing Experience in a shared services environment is a plus Fluent in English (written and spoken mandatory ) Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office Knowledge of SAP Job Offer A great opportunity for professional growth.
