To grow our financial planning capabilities, we are looking for a: Senior FP&A Analyst (100%) We are looking for a FP&A expert who brings relevant industry experience. We want to see highly diligent candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach to drive things forward. The person will be based in the HeiQ Iberia office in Moreira da Maia, Portugal and report to the FP&A Lead.
Your responsibilities
Analysing business performance, main drivers and budget deviations of business units, local entities and the Group.
Business partnering with Business Units to prepare monthly management reports that provide insights into performance drivers and support informed decision making.
Collaborating closely with the finance functions of the local entities and the Group Accounting & Reporting Manager to guarantee correct reporting to the Group.
Support in implementation of a harmonised cost accounting system for the Group.
Support the annual budgeting process for the Group.
Support in improving financial processes and systems for the Group.
Participating in ad-hoc finance and company projects.
You are

You bring
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A with increasing level of responsibility and/or Big 4, Management Consulting or Finance Graduate background.
Ability to critically analyse data, identifying trends, correlations, and key drivers.
Prior multi-geography experience and work in a virtual environment.
Strong evidence of consistent delivery against targets and ability to manage workload in a pressurised environment.
Good ability to structure tasks and high level of attention to details.
Ability to quality control own work and daily output.
Evidence of strong business partnering skills.
