About The Role As a Senior Flutter Engineer , you'll play a critical role in building high-performance, user-centric applications for both mobile and desktop platforms, redefining the gaming experience for our users.
Working within a dynamic, cross-functional team, you'll focus on delivering a seamless and engaging experience across devices, continuously enhancing our platform with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user-facing features using Flutter for mobile and desktop applications, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and consistent experiences across all platforms Optimize, maintain, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, usability, and efficiency on both mobile and desktop devices Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA, and product teams to ensure functionality and quality consistency across platforms Enhance cross-platform performance and troubleshoot issues across diverse devices and environments Apply analytical skills to produce maintainable, high-quality code that adheres to both functional and aesthetic standards Track project progress and manage tasks using project management tools to ensure coordinated and timely delivery Conduct code reviews and manage code changes to uphold best practices and coding standards Contribute to engineering standards and improve the overall developer experience within the team Our Ideal Profile: Experienced hands on Flutter Developer with experience across web and mobile Tech Stack: Proficiency in Flutter and Dart About You: 5+ years of experience in frontend or mobile/desktop engineering, with a focus on creating high-quality, scalable applications.
Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, and a track record of delivering production-level applications for both mobile and desktop environments.
Experience with performance optimization for mobile and desktop applications, including expertise in widget lifecycle, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), and device-specific challenges.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management across platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
Experience with testing frameworks such as unit testing, integration testing, and widget testing for cross-platform applications.
Passion for software quality and delivering outstanding user experiences across devices.
Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective team communication.
Background in fintech, DeFi, or iGaming is a bonus.
