Responsibilities
Responsible for group annual financial statements and monthly/quarterly financial information, including but not limited to the full set of financial statements and special reports/presentation/MD&A based on the financial information;
Performing in-depth analysis of the financial information reported and ensuring timely identification of errors and risk areas;
Provide guidance and support to a financial reporting analyst position, supervise and review his/her work;
Prepare and post topside and corporate consolidation entries in BPC in compliance with CIL Group reporting requirements and IFRS;
Lead IFRS audit with external auditors;
Perform and document the impairment and other complex technical accounting analyses and conclusions;
Coordinate the worldwide external audit process;
Prepare financial reporting guidance to be distributed worldwide;
Prepare and conduct worldwide IFRS and accounting policy training;
Monitor statutory reporting compliance of holding entities;
Prepare ad hoc BPC reports for BPC data inquiries;
Continuously look to optimize processes and procedures;
Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as required by the line manager.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting related majors;
CPA/ACCA/CA qualification is required;
6-9 years of relevant work experience is required;
A minimum of 6 years experience as a financial statement auditor with an international public accounting firm (big 4 or similar) or a financial reporting role with a private or publicly listed company is required;
Technical accounting background in IFRS and ability to perform research as needed;
Self-motivated and understand the importance of collaboration;
Professional oral and written English proficiency is a must;
Commodity trading industry experience is a plus;
Advanced Excel skills;
BPC or other consolidation and reporting system experience is a plus.
