Full-time Location: Remote As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (m/f) you will take a central role in shaping our financial strategies by developing forecasting tools and delivering regular, insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making; you'll manage scenario-based reporting, monitor revenue streams, cash burn, and capital inflows, and provide monthly and quarterly financial analyses to senior management, highlighting capital performance while working in close collaboration with the Management, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure effective capital flow management and engage in tax due diligence and strategic analysis of capital deployment. We're looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, certifications such as a Certified Accountant or CFA are advantageous; someone with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally with exposure to cryptocurrency markets and sophisticated capital management techniques, strong proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and capital management, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software like SAP and Hyperion; excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively presenting complex financial data to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
