ROLE AND LOCATION We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our incredible team. It's a full-time position in our Porto office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Controller will assist the department on monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting activities. The main responsibilities include the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring data quality and integrity across various tools, KPI analysis, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting worldwide (global and regions) along with preparation of overall comments & analysis. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS Ensure monthly Management Control, analyzing offsets between budget and execution and determining results per production unit; Guarantee that indicators are available for consultation/decision-making by users at any moment; Support management decisions and the organization and allocation of resources to achieve the proposed objectives efficiently and effectively; Facilitate the organization's performance appraisal, both individually and by responsibility centers; Monitor Endiprev's performance in complying with budgets, process goals, result centers, and other issues that may be relevant to the company's management; Cooperate with Endiprev's remaining areas to develop the company's productivity, agility, and effectiveness, namely in the areas interacting more closely with the financial area; Control the projects' monthly budget management; Cooperate with the financial area by complying with accounting requirements; Comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or by clients; Cooperate, whenever requested by the Manager, with the people from the homologous processes of the Group's companies. REQUIRED SKILLS 10+ years controlling experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/management/economics or equivalent; English proficiency; Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases; Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
