Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description
Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a medical technology company. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analysing financial data and creating financial models to support decision-making processes for P&R International. This role involves evaluating financial performance, forecasting future financial performance, preparing reports, and providing insights and recommendations to management for the specified business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare financial reports to support business decisions.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, analyse, and review budgets and forecasts.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Model Development: Create financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.

Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor performance.

Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic plans and long-term financial projections.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

More than 5 years of experience in the financial field.

CPA, or similar certification is a plus.

Familiarity within Production sites, Operations and Supply Chain, ideally within the MedTech industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and accounting software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
