With a strong focus on agility, scalability, and flexibility, our client enables businesses to stay ahead in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.What you will be doing:Manage the budgeting process of our client's Portuguese entity and support the global budgeting process.Conduct monthly (ad-hoc) financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure financial stability.Oversee the monthly CCR (Cost Center Reports) reporting process and work closely with department owners on cost variance analysis.Manage the monthly rolling 12-month forecast for our client's Portuguese entity and support the global monthly rolling 12-month forecast process.Perform profitability studies, cost analyses, and implement regular cost review schemes.Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports and analysis for our client's Portuguese entity and support global KPI reporting and analysis.Handle external financial reporting for shareholders, banks, and other stakeholders.Update monthly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) dashboards.Take responsibility for the monthly closing and Portuguese management accounts.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and budgeting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.5-7 years experience in a finance role.Experience in the SaaS industry preferable.Knowledge of Portuguese GAAP.Preferable knowledge of IFRS.Advanced Excel skills.Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
