As a Senior Finance Manager at FRVR, you'll be pivotal in steering our financial strategy and operations, ensuring financial health, and providing key insights to drive strategic decision-making. You'll manage everything from budgeting and forecasting to ensuring compliance and financial reporting. This role allows you to grow into a Head of Finance position (or start in that role, depending on experience and fit), leading the economic vision for the company as we scale. Advanced certifications are a plus.5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.Strong knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience with financial/accounting software (BC , Quickbooks, Xero).Proven ability to manage multiple subsidiaries across different geographies, with a deep understanding of international financial operations.Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.Highly analytical, data-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities.A proactive leader who can mentor and develop more junior finance team members.Strong sense of accountability, with a passion for driving financial success, operational excellence and automation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focusing on continuous improvement.What else you should know (Perks):Permanent work contract 30 vacation days ?
