As a Senior Facility Manager (Regional Lead) for our financial client, you will be responsible for overseeing property-related operations, strategy, and management across the entire country. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, optimizing property assets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Job Description About the Role: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement property strategies aligned with business objectives.Portfolio Management: Oversee all properties owned or leased by the bank within the country.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners.Financial Oversight: Prepare property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Team Leadership: Manage property teams across different regions or cities.About You: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering or equivalent.8-10 years or relevant experience in related industry (CRE), 5 of which in managerial position.Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
