Talent Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify high-level executives with the required skills and experience, leveraging talent mapping tools, networking, and digital platforms.Understanding Stakeholder Needs: Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the company's strategic, cultural, and operational goals and translate them into tailored recruitment plans.Recruitment Strategy Development: Use innovative approaches to attract top-tier professionals, often passive candidates, to exclusive opportunities in leadership positions.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews and rigorous assessments of candidates' competencies, ensuring both technical skills and cultural fit align with company values.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate successful offer negotiations and provide support during the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for executive hires.Long-Term Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.CRM and Sourcing Ownership: Optimize and manage the executive recruitment CRM, ensuring effective tracking of touchpoints and leveraging data for future sourcing efforts.Process Optimization: Continuously refine the executive recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and decrease time to hire.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in executive search.Proven ability to attract and secure high-performing senior leaders and C-level executives.Exceptional talent identification skills using innovative sourcing techniques and market research.Expertise in understanding internal client needs and tailoring strategies to match.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience negotiating offers and contracts.Proficiency in CRM tools and sourcing platforms, with a methodical approach to database management.Up-to-date knowledge of global market trends and leadership landscapes.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Ownership mindset, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
