Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

;Assist in the development and production of Mercer's Total Compensation Surveys;Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data and prepare client presentations/ reports by using excel data and powerpoint;Interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations;Identify leads and act as a contributor for business development.What you need to have: Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, HR or similar;Experience working with compensation/total rewards;More than 5 years of experience;English and portuguese language proficiency;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel;Analytical/Numbers-oriented thinking;Organized and rigorous;Team player and capable of multi-tasking.What makes you stand out?Experience working with similar projects;Consulting experience;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Curiosity and learning agility;Growth mindset and out of the box thinking.About Mercer
