Are you interested in marketing, HR, and employer branding? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Employer Branding Manager (m/f/d) to join our team within the Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our employer brand and attract high-quality candidates. You will work closely with various international stakeholders, external partners, and different departments to ensure our brand message is globally consistent and compelling across all channels. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You develop and implement international employer branding strategies and projects.
You create global frameworks for engaging content for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and job boards, and carry out market analyses to identify industry trends and competitive strategies.
You develop efficient campaigns and are responsible for their smooth execution throughout the entire candidate journey.
You test and implement creative recruiting channels, develop new strategies, and think "out-of-the-box" in close coordination with various teams.
You work closely with the Marketing, HR, and Communication departments and act as a sparring partner on equal footing for our internal global stakeholders, regularly communicating our successes.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field and have gained at least 2-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related area.
You possess strong project management and organizational skills (preferably in an international work environment). You can demonstrate success in developing and implementing successful employer branding projects.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (B2+/C1).
You have a creative mindset with the ability to pitch and implement new ideas and approaches. Additionally, you are proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
