The Bosch unit in Ovar belongs to the Building Technologies division and is focused on bringing solutions to the market that are shaping the smart cities of the future.
The company develops and produces innovative solutions for security and communication systems, fire alarms, electronic displays, robotic lawn mower & E-bike components.
With about 1,200 employees, its success lies in the highly specialized and innovative team and technological know-how.


Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big: Design and develop complex high-speed digital and analog circuits, including high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet) and RF circuits.Perform detailed circuit and EMC simulations using standard tools to verify performance and optimize designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and test engineers.Creation of all relevant Technical Product Documentation, such as specifications, schematics, study reports, test scripts and design descriptions.Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs.Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you: Proficiency in electronic hardware architectures for real-time embedded systems, SoC, microprocessors, Ethernet, and power.Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic and spectrum analyzers.In-depth knowledge of common hardware and software protocols such as Ethernet, WiFi, USB, Bluetooth, RFID, MIPI, DDR, and PCIe.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Electronic Engineering.5-10 years of experience in electronic hardware design, with a strong focus on high-speed circuits.Proficiency in circuit simulation tools.Strong understanding of signal integrity and power integrity concepts.Experience with high-speed interface design and testing.Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., EMC).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Additional InformationHybrid regime - 2 days at the office in Ovar.
