As a Senior ECM Consultant, you will play a key role in leading ECM projects from inception to completion, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and thought leadership to our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering ECM solutions, strong consulting skills, and a deep understanding of ECM technologies and best practices.What you will do :Lead ECM consulting engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementationCollaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and ECM requirementsArchitect and design complex ECM solutions that meet client's needs and align with industry best practicesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them through the implementation processOversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ECM platforms such as OpenText, or DocumentumDevelop and deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholdersStay current with emerging ECM trends, technologies, and methodologies, and contribute to thought leadership initiativesWhat we expect from you :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)5 years experience in IT projects1+ years of experience in ECM consulting, with a focus on delivering end-to-end ECM solutionsGood expertise in ECM technologies such as OpenText, Documentum, or similar platformsProven experience leading ECM projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, and implementationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levelsFluency in English (written and spoken - Spanish is a plus)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and pragmatic solutionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyIf you're a seasoned ECM professional with a passion for driving digital transformation and delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you!We are waiting your application! :)#J-18808-Ljbffr
