As part of a larger international team, the Marketing Optimization Specialist will work in close contact with Account Leads to find ways to improve the results of Premium clients.
It is a very technical role where market knowledge and ability to collect, analyze and manipulate large amounts of data are of very high importance.Your daily work will include tasks like these:Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customersCreate Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestionsGather and analyze data at both the account and campaign levelCreate reports to support or aid the optimization strategiesUse optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and VideoIdentify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities and drive conversations with clientsMaintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policiesIdeal Profile You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in digital marketing (either Google, Facebook, TikTok, or through other forms of online marketing).
Experience in Excel is required.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
