If this aligns with what you are looking for in your next career move, Join Us! LastPass is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving our software deployment and IT infrastructure.
You will automate the process of building and deploying code into different environments (Dev, RC), administrate and maintain the CI/CD tools, and provide support to Product Engineering teams.

You will be part of a dedicated operations community in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focused on improving the operational practices at LastPass.You will use your technical expertise and experience to generate ideas and provide guidance for your team and other engineering teams, enabling them to operate effectively and seamlessly.You will collaborate with architects and security experts to ensure services are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? Design, build, and maintain CI/CD systems, including the pipeline and tooling, following industry and company-wide best practices.Drive standardization and automation efforts in the build and deployment processes.Support and improve our tools for continuous integration, automated testing, and release management.Document and communicate improvements to various stakeholders.Collaborate closely with developer teams to ensure the quality gates and usability of our pipeline.What does it take to work at LastPass? Good understanding of DevOps tools and technologies used across the industry.Ability to deliver solutions and provide root cause analysis while recommending, influencing, and implementing solutions to operational problems.Extensive knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes, and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitLab AutoDevOps, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Puppet.Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS).Work experience with containerization technologies (Docker, EKS, ECS).Infrastructure-as-code mindset (CloudFormation, CDK, or similar).Experience with any scripting language (Python, Go, or similar).Hands-on experience with monitoring infrastructure using commercial or open-source monitoring systems (e.g., Datadog).Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups with varying backgrounds and technical understanding within LastPass.Strong problem-solving skills and an IaC mindset.Team player with a can-do attitude.It's great, but not required: Experience with test automation best practices.Work experience with backend technologies (PHP, .NET Core).Why LastPass?
