Since we started in 2018, we delivered a broad range of software solutions to our clients, ranging from an all-in-one mobility on demand solution and a suite of products for used car management and after-sales services, to e-commerce solutions and tailored software development.
For our software factory in Porto, we are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our products.
Skills
Your responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable systems using container solutions such as docker;
- Monitor and support applications in production, ensuring high availability and performance;
- Provide system administration support, including troubleshooting, patching, and configuration management;
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to optimize application deployment workflows;
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure rapid response and resolution of incidents;
- Contribute to infrastructure as code practices to enhance automation and reproducibility;
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Ansible, Docker and cloud-based services;
- Proficiency in Linux, including setup, configuration, and administration;
- Experience in application support and SRE practices, including monitoring and incident management;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform);
- Familiarity with an orchestration tool such as Nomad or Kubernetes and its ecosystem;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana);
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
