As a Team Leader Scrum/Product Owner, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients! You will be responsible for leading cross-functional Agile teams in the development and delivery of innovative financial products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic business objectives, while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction. Your main responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team. Drive the Agile development process as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as the Product Owner, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified timelines and quality standards. You're ideal for the role if you have: Extensive experience in software development with a strong background in leading development teams. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in the role of Scrum Master/Product Owner. Fluency in French: B2. Demonstrated ability to manage project priorities, resources, and timelines effectively.
