We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for generating a consistent flow of qualified leads in support of Kinsta's revenue goals. The Senior Demand Generation Manager will work closely with our SEO & SEM, Editorial, RevOps, and Sales teams to design, implement, and manage campaigns aimed at delivering a consistently high volume of quality leads for Kinsta's Marketing and Sales pipeline.
\n What you will do:In coordination with Marketing and RevOps teams, plan and execute multi-channel campaign strategies (PPC, display, social media, etc).Incorporate third-party lead generation partners, along with the complete range of Kinsta's digital and physical assets, into the overall lead generation strategy. Develop strategies to improve lead generation performance.Manage the implementation of lead capture triggers and materials such as advertisement graphics, ebooks, white papers, etc.Continuously measure and report on the performance of lead generation strategies and acquisition channels. Providing regular updates on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.Work closely with the Sales and RevOps to gain a deep understanding of target lead profiles, and adjust lead generation strategies to focus on these profiles whilst ensuring alignment on lead quality and follow-up processesDeliver quality leads to our Sales team for further development and conversion.Collaborate with the Editorial team to develop social media strategies focused on increasing brand awareness and engagement What you bring to the table: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Demand Generation role. Extensive experience in generating leads from paid channels (PPC, display ads, and paid social media), orchestrating campaigns. for lead gen, and managing large budgets effectively.Proven track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns that had a measurable impact on lead volume and business growth. Experienced in go-to-market strategic planning and execution through multi-channel distribution.Near-native proficiency in English. Bonus points if you: Have direct experience working in the hosting space.Have strong copywriting skills.
