Our latest products include: Lighting, LiDAR, Ultrasonic Ranging, Object and Gesture Recognition, Thermal Management, Electronic Fuse Control, and SSPs.What you will doDirecting and managing one small or medium projectEnsuring that quality software is delivered according to specification using the correct procedures in line with technical and business objectivesBeing involved in the ASPICE process with the delivery team, organizing effective change managementWorking closely with stakeholders and managing the day-to-day work of the development teamEstablishing a plan for the execution of the project, including a work-breakdown structure, task dependencies, schedule, and risk mitigationTailoring and facilitating the right software engineering processes and defining the roles and responsibilities of team membersMotivating and supervising project team members, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workProviding timely feedback to individuals and the Delivery ManagerMaintaining and reviewing Project ScopeEnsuring that the projects deliver the desired results within time, budget, and qualityTracking project reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators reach success level valuesProducing agreed regular progress reports on the project status for the Client and company sideWhat you need for this5+ years of project management experience2+ years experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management3+ years experience working in the Automotive industryExperience in managing or leading teams of 20+ peopleExperience in project scheduling, risk, and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocityStrong understanding of SDLC and methodologiesWell understanding of different software methodologies – V-model, SCRUMAbility to establish solid working relationships with clientsExcellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessarySelf-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented, a quick thinker-doerAdvanced level of writing and verbal EnglishWill be a plus:Technical background (Embedded)Higher Education: Bachelor's Degree
