Richemont has a strong ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. Part of this transformation is the Group Data Office that, among others, delivers Analytics & Data Science projects for the different Maisons.
The Analytics & Data Science team, belonging to "Group Data Office", supports this vision by developing analytics and data science use cases , defining best practices across the group , and industrializing a nalytics & data science solutions . This team is recruiting a Senior Data Scientist to work under the Lead Data Scientist .
Responsibilities Design & develop complex ML-driven approaches to resolve business problems . Gather requirements and effectively communicate developed solution to the Business. Partner with Machine Learning Engineers, Analytics Engineers & IT to deliver solutions. Academic Background Graduate in Master program in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Skills & Experience Proficient in Python programming language & data-related libraries (6 years +) Extensive experience in Data Science & Machine Learning (6 years +) in a large variety of topics Good knowledge in Statistics & SQL Professional experience in Google Cloud Platform or other cloud platform (2 years +) Experience in Vertex AI is a plus Experience in Git + Agile Development is a plus. Desired Personal Skills Autonomous, proactive & curious with a strong sense of ownership Proficiency in English is a must: Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex topics to top-level management. Quick-learner, able to comprehend & resolve complex problems. Pragmatic mindset to problem solving, and an ability to think critically and objectively. Ease to collaborate in multicultural and multifunctional environments.
