What you will enjoy doing
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify key business problems where AI and data science can add value.
Design and develop stochastic models, simulations, and optimization algorithms to develop AI-driven business solutions.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling to uncover insights and trends.
Utilize machine learning techniques and causal inference to build predictive models and algorithms.
Work with large and complex datasets with structured and unstructured data.
Advise and mentor junior members of the data science team on advanced scientific areas.
Keep up-to-date with the latest research and innovations in econometrics, causal models, and operations research.
What makes you great
Strong academic background with a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Operations Research, or Statistics).
Experience applying econometric, game theory, and operations research models to real-world business problems.
Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying data-driven solutions using machine learning tools and techniques.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, etc.), Python preferred.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

What we offer you!
This role is a full-time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs.
