Job Description
As a Compliance Senior Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for:
Create/modify reports based on the requirements provided by the Head of the Regulatory Reporting Factory and by the data available in Natixis tools
Accompany the different business lines / Compliance officers, in France or abroad, in order to identify their reporting needs, and automate the production of reports
Participate in the definition of indicators (KPI / KRI), their implementation, collection, consolidation, and production to the Compliance officers
Edit and circulate regular or on-demand reports
Produce regulatory reports to regulators, general inspection, and Natixis' corporate governance
Daily interactions with the IT teams and Business stakeholders
Qualifications
Technical skills:
Significant experiences in reports design through BI/reporting tools:
Required: Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Query, etc)
Will be a plus: VBA or/and DAX Studio
Good skills in Excel (Macros implementation, Pivot table) and Office Pack
Knowledge of Compliance functions and internal controls will be highly appreciated
Experienced in the banking industry, especially in CIB /Asset Wealth Management, will be appreciated
Soft skills:
Fluent English (mandatory)
Good level of French will be a plus
Team Working
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, accountable, pro-active and autonomous
