This certification recognizes excellence in people practices, following the example of our head office, in France, who was certified Top Employer France for the eight year in a row.Job DescriptionAs a Compliance Senior Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for:Create/modify reports based on the requirements provided by the Head of the Regulatory Reporting Factory and by the data available in Natixis toolsAccompany the different business lines / Compliance officers, in France or abroad, in order to identify their reporting needs, and automate the production of reportsParticipate in the definition of indicators (KPI / KRI), their implementation, collection, consolidation, and production to the Compliance officersEdit and circulate regular or on-demand reportsProduce regulatory reports to regulators, general inspection, and Natixis' corporate governanceDaily interactions with the IT teams and Business stakeholdersQualificationsTechnical skills:Significant experiences in reports design through BI/reporting tools:Required: Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Query, etc)Will be a plus: VBA or/and DAX StudioGood skills in Excel (Macros implementation, Pivot table) and Office PackKnowledge of Compliance functions and internal controls will be highly appreciatedExperienced in the banking industry, especially in CIB /Asset Wealth Management, will be appreciatedSoft skills:Fluent English (mandatory)Good level of French will be a plusTeam WorkingGood communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, accountable, pro-active and autonomousWe will only consider English CV's
