Role Purpose The Senior Data Engineering Manager will lead and oversee the data engineering function, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and optimisation of the organisation's data architecture. This individual will manage a team of data engineers (including those using Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including analytics, data science, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver scalable, high-performing, and secure data infrastructure. This senior role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset who can drive data engineering initiatives that align with broader business goals.
