Protegrity, an international provider of data protection solutions, is seeking a passionate and talented Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Business Intelligence Team. This position is a remote role.
As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for strengthening Protegrity's data analytics and information reporting capabilities, using modern techniques and tools to ensure efficient scalability. This position will work closely with the CFO and the overall business to drive advancements in the development and implementation of data analytics and company information reporting. The role will require strong skills in the analytics ecosystem and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities Support, define and build the data, analytics, and AI stack.Define, build and support the analytics and BI reports.Manage the building of the data platform for analytics and BI.Automate all aspects of the data, analytics, and AI stack with DevOps.Work with all departments on collecting their requirements for analytics and BI and implement them accordingly.Clearly document and communicate the outcomes of initiatives and ensure that the results can be understood by business stakeholders.Inspire and promote the adoption of advanced analytics across the organization and provide expertise for the broader applied analytics team.Guide junior team members as appropriate and support the development of tools, models, and documentation.Support sprint/work design and planning.Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Analytics ecosystem including:Advanced knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQLHands-on experience with AWS or Azure CloudHands-on experience with Kubernetes and DockerHands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other DevOps toolsHands-on experience with Databricks, Redshift, and/or other database enginesHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Qlik, or other big toolsTeam player with a problem-solving attitudeExperience in delivering advanced analytical projects to large, complex organizations in a multi-functional environment.Able to challenge and review the quality and value generated from the analytical output.Focus on driving business value to support long-term relationships.Ability to support team members, ensuring the culture and strategy gets followed by new hires.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy and SecurityDegree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information TechnologyWhy Choose Protegrity We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.Become a member of a leading Data Protection, Privacy and Security company.Competitive Compensation/Total Reward Packages:Paid Time Off (PTO) & Flexible Fridays with approvalWork on global projects with diverse, energetic team members.Remote workforce.Working Model This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs.We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits with generous vacation and holiday time off.
