What you will be doing Lead the execution of data analysis projects, including collecting specifications, creating dashboards, and conducting in-depth analyses to drive business decisions Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, and Excel models to support various business units Mentor and support junior colleagues in data analysis techniques, query optimization, and dashboard creatio Perform quality assurance on data outputs, including queries, dashboard results, and visualizations to ensure accuracy and reliability Communicate analytical findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, improve team performance, and enhance overall efficiency Assist the team manager in handling ad-hoc requests and managing cross-team projects Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for data analysis processes.
