About the Project
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing alarge-scale data pipeline that powers advanced equity analysis. You will play a critical role infeeding models with thousands of features, directly impacting the automation of investmentdecisions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with complex data, ensure its quality, anddevelop innovative solutions to integrate new data sources. Your contributions will shape thefuture of investing for the firm.
Team
You will be joining a small, close-knit team of driven data scientists, engineers, and portfoliomanagers, all focused on pushing the boundaries of quantitative investing. With the potentialfor leadership growth, you will start as a peer to the current data engineer and have theopportunity to advance into a leadership position based on performance. You will reportdirectly to the head of the team, with visibility at the highest levels of the organization.
Python Snowflake (or other modern columnar databases)
Airflow DBT AWS (especially S3 and Athena)
Tableau (or similar Business Intelligence tools)

Tasks
Manage and optimize a sophisticated data pipeline, ensuring seamless data flowacross various environments for equity analysis.
Integrate new and diverse data sources to enhance the firm's trading models. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and portfolio managers to support high-impact business decisions.
Develop and maintain a Tableau Business Intelligence Reporting system to deliver critical insights on P&L, exposure, and risk factors. Support the data science and machine learning teams in building and deploying models that automate investment decisions.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact by contributing to a system that handlesmillions of dollars in transactions daily.
Strong foundation in data warehouse principles.
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with hands-on work in managing large data systems.
Expertise in Python, Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, and AWS.
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or similar.
Knowledge of software engineering practices (Git, pull requests, continuous integration).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience in financial services, particularly equity investing, is highly valued.

Terms
Location: Remote, with work hours overlapping between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET.
Flexibility is available as long as core hours are met.
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses are available.
