Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Cybersecurity Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your DayAs a Cyber Security Business Partner, you will assist on a broad spectrum of cyber security support requests from digital communities in various Siemens Energy business units and functions, such as Information Technology and Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics helping move cybersecurity activities forward. You will also participate in developing internal cyber security capabilities and strategy engaging- actively to strengthen the organization's overall cyber security posture.How You'll Make an ImpactUnderstand the energy industry threat landscape and security risk for Siemens Energy, and provide advice and expert guidance to the business units regarding risk reducing measures.Collaborating with internal digital departments like Information Technology or Enterprise Data & Advances Analytics regarding the implementation of security measures and security strategies.Guiding and consulting in the implementation of guidelines, standards, processes and concepts in the area of cyber security to advice executive management and other partners.Carrying out security analyses and review security concepts at system level for internal Applications or Infrastructure.Translate security requirements into standard configurations and processes.What You BringThe foundation of your success is a university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity or a related field.You convince us with professional experience across different functions and businesses with a minimum experience of 5 years in Cybersecurity and Information Technology.Capability to work closely with the business units of Siemens Energy to drive the definition of technical standards and benchmarks for cybersecurity.Good communication skills with the ability to describe technical concepts in simple terms both verbally and in written reports.Intercultural awareness and ability to work in- functional,- national teams.You work closely in global networks and secure the implementation of cybersecurity solutions. Further, you have analytical and critical thinking capabilities to drive cybersecurity into the future.As you act in an international environment with a focus on supporting global digital activities, you bring- fluent English.Knowledge about relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks, such as NIST, BSI Grundschutz or ISO/IEC 27001.Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of time.Cybersecurity certifications (, CCSP, CISSP, ISMS Lead Auditor, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent) are a plus
