What you'll do: Prepare and present monthly reports to top management, respond to term requests and conduct ad hoc analyses that provide a clear picture of our financial health. Manage a team of Controllers at different development levels, whose responsibility is mainly to provide insightful comments to the business about the operations based on financial data. Act as the right hand of the leader of the Controlling team in every dimension he needs help with. Be actively involved in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the central organization. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with IFRS standards. Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency: You'll dissect financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Act as a business partner for finance stakeholders: You'll collaborate with other departments, offering financial expertise to support their initiatives and challenge their performance. Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results: You'll evaluate how different business decisions affect our financial performance, guiding strategic choices. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), driving the company toward achieving its financial and operational goals. Ensure accurate and reliable accounting data: You'll maintain the integrity of our financial information, enabling sound decision-making. Who We're Looking For: You have at least 5-7 years of work experience with at least 3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A. Experience in managing and analyzing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements is essential. You have a proven track record of managing and developing teams. Your leadership style inspires collaboration and drives performance. You possess a deep knowledge of IFRS. You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You have strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mentality, and the ability to solve complex problems. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with a high degree of autonomy
