Content Creation and Management Craft compelling, high-quality copy across various formats and channels, including blogs, articles, videos, social media, and infographics. Manage a content calendar that ensures consistent and timely delivery of content. Work closely with writers, designers, and videographers to produce content that resonates with our target audience. Adapt and repurpose content for various channels and formats. Develop and execute distribution plans to maximise the reach and impact of content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and partnerships. Collaborate with the paid media team to promote content through sponsored posts, advertisements, and other paid channels. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all content produced and published. SEO and Content Optimization Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and ranking of content on search engines. Analyse content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimise results. Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Conduct structured experiments to validate new tactics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, with at least two years in a leadership position. Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage and lead a team of content creators and marketers. Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics), and social media platforms.
