YOUR PROFILE
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Technology or similar
+ 10 years' experience with SAP BASIS
Strong knowledge of sales processes and requirements
Experience in at least one implementation is desirable
Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Systems Maintenance, Users Maintenance, Incident resolution (troubleshooting and resolution)
Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems
Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users
Fluency in English is must
