Position Summary: As a seasoned Senior Consultant ProjectWise, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing technical document and collaboration management solutions within the CDE/EDMS environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering projects across Germany and the wider EMEA region.

We will rely on you for the following: Technical Implementation and Support:Install, configure, and troubleshoot CDE/EDMS software and related infrastructure.Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches.Provide over-the-shoulder training and coaching to users.Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:Lead the adoption of CDE solutions within major accounts.Engage with users to understand their business needs and requirements.Conduct workshops to gather and document business and functional requirements.Define and convey customer configuration and enhancement needs.Prepare and deliver presentations to high-level customer representatives.Report project progress and proactively resolve issues.Solution Design and Delivery:Design and implement CDE/EDMS solutions aligned with industry best practices.Create configuration design and as-built documentation.Develop and maintain data sources, standards, and work processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Project Management and Coordination:Work on major projects with minimal supervision.Coordinate and direct other consultants as needed.Develop sophisticated project plans and proposals.Handle pressure situations and complex client requirements.Additional Skills and Qualities: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Understanding of business risks and their impact on project delivery.Good communication skills to perform required job functions.What You Bring to The Team: 5+ years of experience with Bentley ProjectWise.Document management background (Bentley ProjectWise and/or Business Collaborator/BCDE preferred).Degree or equivalent industry experience in engineering, construction or infrastructure.Knowledge of engineering and/or construction document and project workflows.Comprehensive understanding and experience with electronic document management with strong emphasis on engineering design.The ability to travel mainly in central Europe region is required. Expectation is an average of up to 5% of your working time but depends on the engagement.Relationship Management: Able to develop rapport with others and recognize their concerns and feelings; build and maintain long-term associations based on trust; help others.Ability to be a strong team player and communicate effectively among a diverse work team in multiple locations.Confident in dealing with technical experts, sales colleagues, engineers, senior management and working in the Technology field.Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word.About Bentley Systems: Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the infrastructure engineering software company.
