Team Summary We are looking for a self-motivated critical thinker with strong communication skills to join our Product Consulting Group. The team is the first point of contact for our clients, providing day-to-day support for platform and workflow-related issues. The team also handles and resolves any operational issues faced by clients while using our world-class suite of middle/back-office applications, following up with internal teams as per defined SLAs. What you'll do: Act as Point of Contact for assigned clients to handle various product and application-related queries and provide timely resolutions as per defined SLAs. Manage the client mandate from a product consulting perspective and ensure all queries are addressed as expected. Effectively resolve operational queries raised by clients while using the platform by providing detailed explanations. Train clients on how to use the Arcesium platform effectively, ensuring training documents/materials are up to date. Understand the criticality of issues raised by clients and work closely with Forward Deployed teams to provide root causes as needed. Escalate issues to internal teams/senior management as necessary. Maintain detailed records of queries raised for future reference. Support internal tech teams in operational activities and quicker resolution of open issues. Coordinate with our Product Management & Forward Deployed teams to prepare for new client and fund onboarding. What you'll need: A minimum Master's degree in a financial discipline with 5+ years of experience in financial services supporting trade life cycles and/or interacting with hedge fund managers, investment managers, asset managers, or other buy/sell side firms. Good exposure to Equities, Fixed Income, OTC & Swaps trade lifecycle. Technical proficiency in Python and operations of APIs is desirable. Proficient in financial services industry domain knowledge, preferably middle office processes, and sound knowledge of financial instruments and fund accounting are essential for this role
